Viola cornuta is one of the most well known edible flowers and we can see why! The beautiful blooms come in a wide array of colours and patterns and have been a popular choice for centuries. Well loved by the Victorians who not only crystallised them but used them for perfumes and for decorating confectionary. These small stemmed violas are pale blue with white and darker blue markings. This particular variety has a shelf life of one month as the colour fades after pressing.
