• Shipping Addresses: We currently only deliver to UK addresses.

• Late or Missing Deliveries: Once dispatched, your order is in the care of Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible or offer compensation for orders that arrive later than expected. If your order has not arrived by the latest expected date, please get in touch and we will do our best to help. In the rare event that an order is lost and does not arrive, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Our Recommendation
For peace of mind, we suggest ordering your flowers a week or two before you need them. They have a long shelf like and will keep perfectly in their packaging. Ordering early allows time to resolve any unexpected postal delays and also gives you flexibility to add extra items or make last-minute design changes if needed.
