Centaurea cyanus is our native cornflower that once grew as a weed in cornfields throughout the UK. The beautiful flowers are surrounded by a ring of colourful spiky petals and we harvest only these outer parts, ensuring the highest quality of colour. These pretty petals are a mixture of all our colours and include pale pink, claret, blue, purple, white and violet.
