Chervil is a delicate herb with a fern like leaves, tiny white flowers and a mild aniseed flavour. The name chervil means 'leaves of joy' and is one of the four herbs used in the traditional French herb mixture fines herbes. Both the leaves and flowers are completely edible and the delicate appearance make it a wonderful addition to natural culinary designs. These small, delicate stems have a cluster of tiny white flowers with leafy tops.
