Thyme is a lovely fragrant herb with tiny leaves and stiff stems. It has a graceful habit and is one of the most popular herbs in the UK. These wonderful branched edible variegated Thyme stems have light green - yellow leaves and are around 10cm-12cm long. Strong enough to stand up when inserted at the base, they are good for 3D designs or for adding height to large cakes.  The small leaves are edible and the stems are best removed before serving.
