Lavender is a wonderfully pungent herb, native to the Mediterranean. It produces a wonderful display of purple coloured flower spikes throught the summer months which are attrctive to all sorts of insect species. These pressed edible Lavender flowers are a teeny tiny version of the larger regular stems. Around half size, with blue-purple heads and graceful grey-green stems, these small flowers are perfect for all sizes of cakes where a delicate smaller flower stem is required.
