Thyme is a lovely fragrant herb with tiny leaves and stiff stems. It has a graceful yet compact habit and is one of the most popular herbs in the UK. These pressed edible Thyme stems have dusky grey-green leaves, some side shoots and are around 8cm - 10cm long.
